Why should I go throught all the trouble of arrang

Early in november I went to my local capitec branch to make arrangements to pay my loan and after making that arrangements and paying the amount of money I said that I would be able to pay I still get sms's and people from capitec calling me and telling me to make arrangements to pay the loan.

Why did I wait an hour inside the bank to make arrangements and paying said amount if you do no accept the arrangements and payment?

And to top that off I keep getting calls from capitec and once I answer they hang up why?
