Capitec didn't DO THEIR WORK PROPERLY

I took up Capitec's offer to consolidate my loans.

I had 2 loans with another Banking institution,
Capitec approved my application, they got settlements from the other bank to settle my debit with them.
5 months later I started getting calls from the other bank say that I still owed them money, I sent through the proof that Capitec gave me on the day of settlement, The other bank tells me that Capitec did not ask for settlements, but merely took a balance off ITC and paid it over AND NOW THERE IS MONEY OUTSTANDING BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR AN OFFICIAL SETTLEMENT.
I have been into Capitec and have asked them to sort out the problem, that was 4 weeks ago and nobody has come back to me.
I get calls daily from the other bank and on top of all that MY PREVIOUSLY CLEAR CREDIT RATING HAS BEEN AFFECTED.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE.
