Handed over to lawyers after sending affidavit

I am literally disgusted with this bank! My biggest mistake was joining FNB. FNB takes there customers for. I am currently unemployed (have been so for the past 5 months). I called there wonderful call centre to explain that I am not working therefore I needed an affidavit to be sent to them to let them know that I won't be able to afford the repayments on my loan. It was told to me after being tranferred multiple times from one to another that there is no email address for documents of such a nature to be sent to FNB. After my last conversation with one of these call centre guys, they told me to email to the normal email address for FNB and they will pick it up like that. Following the agent's instructions, I quickly emailed it off to [Email Removed] mind you this was in late November last year. To this day I have received a threatening sms to say that I have been handed over to their lawyers for non payment.
