I am extremely disappointed. I have made numerous calls and wasting my time on the phone, and yet no one takes ownership. I have received automated emails "We have assigned your case "URGENT AUTHORISATION - Policy" and yet, no other responses nor feedback. Please can someone call me to clear this matter as I am sick and tired of having to escalate every enquiry and explaining the whole issue over and over.
