On 2/4/2013 I incorrectly and accidently paid funds into their account. After many sms, telephone calls and emails requesting that the money be paid back I finally received a mail on 22/5/2013 from Sonia Bantjies saying she will pay the money back and it should reflect in our account within 1 working day. Today is 30/5/2013 and still no money has been paid back to me. This is a legal offence. This company was "unlawfully enriched". I no longer know what to do but to seek legal help with regards to this. Hoping someone knows what I can do to get my money back. It is R5500.00 and to me a lot of money. It was suppose to be paid to the company that we rent property from for our business. It has now been 2 months and I am desperate to get the money back.
