BAD DEBT - DO NOT SUPPLY THEM GOODS

We received an Authorization Replacement order for Peninsula Risk Advisors' client Mrs X on the 17th of January 2013 for R22690.03 which has not been settled as of to date. The goods were supplied to the customer for their account and the order highlighted that the invoice will be settled within 30 days upon receipt which we submitted and was never settled. All documentation was sent as requested to Sonia Bantjes who is senior management has acknowledged the amount is owing and said she would organize payment. After numerous attempts and phone calls and emails they are still withholding payment and the issue is still unresolved.
Their client is at this stage using an item that has not been paid for by the insurer.
