MiWay used to be synonymous with efficiency and excellence when it comes to comes to customer service.

On Monday I reported a claim and the same day I emailed a query relating to the claims process. Yesterday (Wednesday) I receive an email updating me on my claim that they are waiting for the damage report. This puzzled me because I still hadn't received a call from the supplier about when they will pick up the phone, this only happened late yesterday (still waiting by the way for the pickup by the way). As for the email I sent I'm yet to receive even an acknowledgement correspondence, perhaps someone might have thought my questions were trivial but the fact that I asked means the issues matter to me.

Right now I'm a tad annoyed because the longer the supplier takes to do the assessment the longer it takes for me to get my mobile back. The last time I had an almost similar claim the issue was resolved in less than a week! As for the email, perhaps MiWay prefers that when one has questions they send them through a public forum like Hellopeter for them to resolve instead of their direct email [Email Removed]
