Unfortunately I am not writing in good spirits. On Thursday after Outsurance sent out plumbers to my house (TLC Maintenance) to fix a burst pipe on Thursday last week I have had nothing but problem after another. The plumber whom they sent to the house manhandled and broke my fiber glass bath and shower with a hammer. I reported the matter to the service provider (Outsurace) but instead of them fixing the damage they asked they I contact the person who made the initial installation and this was done 5 years ago. I have since been in contact with them but all they do is give me the run around and no assistance at all. I was to have an open house on Sunday as I am in the process of selling the property and unfortunately had to cancel. I have lost out on a sale of the house because of this issue and Outsurance is refusing to rectify their mistake. I had to take this matter to Scorpion but still Outsurance is not doing right by me. As a paying client for me this is unfair. My daughter has a severe case of sinus and as a result she is struggling to breathe in such an environment.
