Unacceptable Attitude

On the 26th November my father in law's vehicle was driven into by one of your clients and it has been two months now and we are waiting for the claim to be finalised. We have called Miway numerous times and been given different information regarding the process to have a claim as third party to one of your clients. Last week we finally were told that the process to claim was to send the documentation to [Email Removed] On the 03/02/2014 I received a confirmation email from Michelle Le Roux confirming that the documentation has been received and upon asking her questions to understand the process, I received the below response which is totally unacceptable and disrespectful.

Please be advise that it is not 2months since you guys forwarded the documents to us, and please also note that we are all just doing our jobs and we need to follow procedure in order for us to finalise a matter.
And this is an accident and we are trying our best to see the outcome in order for us to assist you. Unfortunately if you are getting sick it is out of your hands and you don't ask for it
