I logged a claim[517371] on the 13 Jan with Roxy Parker [Email Removed] who I thought was asking me silly questions at the time which are on your system already as I am a MiWay client, nonetheless my claim was lodged & she told me it would take 4 days for an assessor to give her feedback and for me to then get a courtesy car. Mind you my accident date is 10 Jan. I then received an sms with my claim number & Roxanne's details. It's friday today the 17 Jan 2014 and I don't have any update from MiWay or Roxanne, the frustrating thing is everytime i call it takes me about 5 min to actually speak to a human being because i have to navigate my way around your tel-system. To top it all i have to call next week monday, another weekend without a car but come month end my premiums need to be paid. And your call centre agent Roxanne is giving me attitude by only answering "Okay" so as to handle me as so as to handle me as a car-less paying MiWay customer!! Is this the way you guys treat us when its time to claim?? I'm seriously considering changing insurance because of how your agents treat customers. Its 4pm Friday i'm unable to get hold of a MiWay Manager or Supervisor, pathetic service!
