Rejected claim

I was claiming for the hijacked car and my claim was declined, I was told that my claim was declined because I didn't disclose my previous claims, the last query with my previous insurance prior to Miway was to check if they will replace the bumber on my car but not the claim, according to Miway they say that query appear on the insurance database as a claim, my car was hijacked with the dent on it's back with no bumper being replaced, I am still paying installments for R3200 every month for the car that is not in my possession, somebody need to please have a look at this and get it sorted out, I am now unemployed and do not have money to pay for that car, please advise as to what must I do.
