Claim2447348 - horrendous service

After having to get out own geyser fitted Absa have at least paid back that amount but now we are still waiting for someone to repair our water damaged ceiling. The previous contractor came to our house under the influence of alcohol! Not wanting him in my house Absa have now finalized the claim! WITHOUT FINISHING THE JOB! I find Absa 's service ridiculous to say the least!
