No care in the world!!

ABSA has disappointed me and my family for the last time. In the Gauteng area, we have been experiencing floods and a large amount of rain, therefore it has caused our entire living room ceiling to collapse. Our house is under water every single time it rains. We asked an assessor to our house and he sent a quote to ABSA TWO WEEKS AGO!! We have still heard no word and they are just taking their good time while we sleep with an indoor waterfall.
