Claim not getting attention

My house was damaged by heavy floods and i have now a big part of ceiling missing, the roof trusses is damaged and needs to be replaced but nobody from the insurance is giving my claim any attention!! Everytime it rains now my house is flooded with water and i cant even enjoy a christmas because my roof is leaking water. Please just send a contractor to my house and fix the problem, thats why i pay you guys every month or am I wrong? Claim no. 2507165
