ABSA INSURANCE IS THE WORST EVER

Good day,

I've had a water leak since December 2013. It's still not fixed. The 1st claim I've logged with Absa Home Owners Insurance dated back to the middle of December, till today, the funds has not paid into my account for the broken tiles.

The 2nd claim has been logged the end of January. Plumbers came out the Friday only to tell me that they someone with a leak detoctor and this person will come out on Tuesday the 4th of February. No one turned up. After making several phone calls to Absa, plumbers came out on Wednesday the 5th. I was told he needs to get a builder out because the leak needs to get fixed through the roof. Until today no one has showed up since or phoned. Again I had to make 3 phone calls to Absa for someone to ring the plumbers. In the meantime I have to run in and out of the house to turn the main tap on if I want water in the house, otherwise the water just runs down my walls. I'm sitting with a water bill for over R12000 which I can't afford to pay and can't get the leak sorted. This is costing me so much in phone calls and not to talk about the inconvenience. I'm so sick and tired of this.
