Leaking water pipe 28th DECEMBER 2013

We reported a leak in the wall on the 28th of December we reported a water leak in-in theafter many calls they sent a leak detector on the th31st

Many calls and e mails have be done since to find out when they will be sending a plumber - but to date no response

What bad service we are getting for the premium being paid

Wail have to get a private plumber as ABSA IS CLEARLY NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM
