Damaged goods unpaid for since Dec 2013

Im tired of wasting my time and money phoning outsurance and buildrite for a claim that they do not want to pay.

Buildrite contractors broke one of my non replaceable barchairs and do not want to pay me the money for the damages, instead they are offering me 2nd hand chairs that is not even the same collor as my Bar set.

Outsurance is saying that i must except these as they also dont want to pay for the broken goods.

I will be cancelling all of my insurrances with outsurance as this is not acceptable, tired of waiting, calling and trying to get the good service that they are supposed to give to their customers. (im the one bending over backwards to get service here)

After posting the first time they said that they will pay me out but then almost 2 months later still nothing.

All i can say is shame on you.
