Bad Service

We've had a leak on our property for almost a month. During this month we spoke to 4 plumbers in total. The first was Eddie at Action Plumbers. First he told us that the problem was a cracked gully. He went ahead an fixed the gully and the leak continued. Then he told us the problem wasn't the gully it was the city council's pipe from the water main leading into our property. So he went ahead and tried to fix that. He laid new pipes down that cost us a huge amount of money. THE LEAK CONTINUED. He has now switched off his phones and is refusing to take our calls, and reimburse us the money for the work that should'nt have been done in the first place. We've called leak detection guys out, we've spoken to a various amount of other plumbers whole all say that he has charged us a huge amount! Its ridiculous that he's not taking our phone calls or coming back to us about further trying to fix the problem. I'm absolutely outraged that he has taken the money and run away. We need this problem fixed!
