Have joined a mutlitude of disatisfied and irate clients in condemning the attitude and the failure to deliver on promises by CIB INsurance.. On the 2nd of January i submitted a claim for my Lost / device thru CIB INsurance, and this is when my misery started.. It took them over ten days to even attend to my claim and on the 14th of january i was sent an agreeement of loss which isigned and sent back to them (RUAN) and was told that it would take 72hrs from that day to settle my device... and the 72 hrs has turned into 15 working day.. every time i call to follwo up on this i get the same storry that my account will be settled but all this has amounted to nothing. have dealt with over 6 different consultants who all tell me the same story..( from deborah.. to Ruan .. to Deandra PIllay.. and Jeanette Rees Gibb).. all to no avail..

Why does CIB not honor their word? what are you guys getting paid to do.. Judging fro the other complaints listed here it seems you guys should write it on your mission statement that you were contracted to every insurance claim you deal with..

i want my claim paid and then have nothing to do with u guys...
