FNB Device Insurance WOW what great service I received from them, my Apple iPhone got and i immediately contacted FNB device insurance for steps on how to claim within less than 3 weeks and minmal follow ups that i had to do to for the progress of my claim I received my phone today. Thank you to Drieka Brits and Deborah Temlett from CIB who assisted and directed me in the right directions and a special thanks to Max Edwards from RAP aswell in the replacement section who was very prompt and efficient, in 2 days my new Apple iPhone got replaced and delivered as promised. I woud also like to add the AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I receive at the Wynberg Cape Town Branch special thanks to RICKY who is always there to assist and makes one feel welcome when entering the bank.
