Not finalising transactions

I logged a claim last year in November for my car and it was confirmed that my car was a write off.

On the 10th of January Absa paid the net amount of the settlement to my account but to date hasn't settled my finance account yet? How can Absa insurance not settle my Absa finance account not within days? It's going for more than two weeks.

I've also requested Absa to pay out the amount that was deducted for my car's insurance for December as the car was written off but i still paid for the month. I haven't received this yet.

My Broker keeps on following up to no avail. NO Absa, this isn't making your clients prosper.
