Call centre and action line absolutely useless

Hailstorm damage reported on 21 Nov. 2013 - Geyser burst, gaping hole in the ceiling, where a light used to be in dressing room and wet carpets (small area) - Well the geyser was replaced promptly, but the electrics etc. have never been connected, hence no hot water since Nov. 2013!
No light in dressing room, which by the way has no natural light, since Nov. 2013!
As for the carpet, which has since dried... who knows?
The worst thing is that we receive no response from any of our communications with Absa, whether it by holding onto the hope that somebody will answer the call centre phone or respond (without the standard e-mail
reply) to the e-mails we have been sending to action line since 20 January 2014.
Is there anyone out there who is willing to do their job, instead of just collecting our premiums at month end.
