NO ASSISTANCE WITH REGARD TO INSURANCE CLAIM

On the 18th of September 2013 my geyser burst. I immediately reported it to a previous contact at the bank's insurance department. The matter was forwarded to Lungile Gumede - a plumber was assigned to assess the damage and it turned out that the geyser was still under quarentee. Kwikot was informed and they came to fix the geyser and in the process made a mess. There was water damage to the carpets, water was messed on the ceiling in another room and the cornice in the passage was damaged. I informed Lungile about the damage. Only a week later did someone for flooring came to my house... only nearly two weeks later after numerous emails did someone came to inspect the damage to the ceilings... it is 23 October 2013 and 7 emails to lungile and 3 to the person i initially contacted later and still no repairs has been done.By now the parquet under the carpets that was water-damaged is now also either come loose or is busy rotting under the carpets. AND STILL NO WORD...
