ON BEHALF OF MY MOTHER: ABSA CLAIM : 2520600 : We've had a burst geyser on the 15/01/2014, it took them 3 days to replace the geyser, while the water was still poring in the room on wooden floors... The ceiling guys came, and fixed the ceiling, thank you - for their service are the best and only service we've experienced in this claim. TOP CARPETS was appointed on the 16/01/2014, and the guy was just so rude to my mom!... and up till now, the 06/02/2014 still no one has fixed the cupboards, or the floor.

I've tried speaking to a manager or team leader, but they are never available, no one phones back, so you cant even rely on management, do they know about TREATING CUSTOMER FAIRLY?? and what about complaints procedures? the people assisting in the call centre don't have complaint email addresses, & you cant speak to management??

suggest you start making a plan with your companies' service providers and getting them jacked up to better standards as it is a nightmare with claims - this is PATHETIC and UNACCEPTABLE!

I am very disappointed in the poor service from ABSA. The water damage was reported on 15/01/2014 and up until today, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting
