Please do not go to FNB for help. You think with all the adverts that they can help you, that they will go the extra mile, but they don't. You are just another number, waisting your time to take a trip to the bank to get help with a personal loan. They do not listen to your problems, and it is too much of a effort to do a motivation to get your loan approved. You can have a relationship with your bank for how long, but still another bank will help you quicker than the one you are banking with. Your service is terrible and believe me, I am going to move all my accounts.
