Don"t have all your accounts with one bank

I have been declined a business saving overdraft due to me having a loyalty to one bank although I qualify with the criteria, the reason given is my home loan with first national is 2 months in arrears and although its not the same departments' they will not grant the over draft increase, some months ago I was told that they could not interfere in the others decisions but surprise they do when its suits them. in Hine sight should only have one account with one institution and kept my personal, business, and home loan separate then no discrimination can creep in, penalized for trying to support and give as much business as I can to first national. now its time to move time to listen to your own adverts you are killing small business. I would like to know if any one has seen the illusive man from credit or is this just a ploy to say NO!
