I've opened a savings account online and never got feedback from FNB. I also have logged a query on details I need to use if I need to transfer money from foreign bank to FNB account, no answer. Now I need to cancel a credit card online and buy airtime online, I get a non descriptive error.
With all these issues, I totally am getting discouraged to bank with FNB.
I applied for and overdraft I'm just told I do not qualify because my account is in legal status... I'm not sure what that means as I have made an arrangement to pay almost double what I owe against my loan for over a year now and my judgement has been removed against an old home loan acocunt I had with them. Will my relationship with the bank be based on charging me banking fees and I never benefit from any of their other offers?
It's just not a bank I honestly do not have a good relationship with at all, my move to competition is close to becoming a reality.
