Why bank with you when you always cannot help

Hi,

This is the 3rd time I applied for a loan and ABSA declined my amounts yet I bank with them for over 10 years now. In the past they declined me twice were as Nedbank (who i don't bank with) approved my loans. And both were paid off with a smile. Now I need a loan and again my own bank declined me the amount I needed. Funny enough I just called Nedbank once and they approved my loan. Why should I still bank with ABSA when other banks are helping there customers?? Its really disappointing from ABSA and I am definitely going to move over to another bank as ABSA don't help there clients when in need. I have never been in a debt problem and I am currently not in one also so I dont see why they cannot listen to my needs and help me. I'm really disappointed as I just wanted to deal with one bank. But ABSA gives me no choice.

Please assist If you are willing to hear my needs.
