I AM WAITING WEEKS FOR MY LOAN TO BE APPROVED

I am a client of FNB and applied for a personal loan. to say the least after more then a few phone calls a day a have to make to here what is the outcome. Weeks seem to pass and every time its a new problem and no one can tell me when it will be sorted. WE CANT SAY WHEN!!! now the problem is they don't decline my loan they rather keep me waiting with no one there able to help with approving or declining my loan. There supervisor would have phoned me but yet no call from anyone at FNB. I am on the payroll of a company but my work uses me in another one of their companies. so no one can phone to confirm this now for 2 weeks at my employer. after they have my bank statements and payslips. So how difficult can it be? Should I rather asked for a more professional bank to contact me regarding a loan. THE loan is APPROVED but not approved...???

in the mtime I CANT apply by another bank because this loan is pending...

peter please help...
