Hail damage claim

My car was damaged in hail storm that hit the east rand October last year. I took my car to a panel-beater in Pretoria (Pro-Beat) as they did not have the long waiting list and could fix my car in 3 weeks. The short version is my car was further damaged while in the possession of Pro Beat. I immediately reported all my issues to Outsurance on the poor job that was done by Pro-Beat and to date they have not offered any solution to repair my car to original state. So much for Outsurance willing to 'bend over backwards for clients'. Numerous emails have been sent to Outsurance regarding this and no response.
