I registered a claim for damage to my roof and ceiling as a result of the rain on 22 October 2013. After numerous phonecalls and emails I have received no response. As a result a small claim has become huge - 3 ceilings, kitchen cupboards, furniture, roof, carpet. My house smells from the rotting ceiling and it gets worse each time it rains. Callcentre does not answer calls or emails. Claims Manager does not answer his landline either.
