Ank card not issued

From friday the 2013/02/01 to date i have been going to the branch to collect my cheque card. i still do not have my card as the enquiries counter pc is not working. i have not been able to withdraw any money because i do not have a card. the branch manager just told that i should walk a 1km to another and get a temporary card which i will be charged for. it is totaly unacceptable that i have to suffer because of their messed up systems. why on earth only 1 pc can perform the enquiries function. i am absolutely disgusted by their service.
