Credit card transactions duplicated - part 2

I logged a call on the 12th November and ABSA as follows: "Over the last month and a half i've had 5 transactions duplicated several days later, each time i call i get told the same thing that the merchant is processing the transaction twice. I then get told that i have to phone the merchant to have them reverse it where the merchant refuses telling me they've only processed the transaction once. There is a problem but Absa just don't seem to care and want to make it anyone other than their own responsibility" and even though ABSA responded quickly and reversed the duplicate transactions, it continues to happen against my credit card.

On the 2nd February I posted a comment as follows "Good day, this is still happening and unfortunately i've misplaced the contact number of the lady that was investigating this. Can someone please contact me again so that this can be sorted out for good now? " and I still have not been contacted...
