On 22 Nov 2012, I logged a dispute with ABSA. An amount of R3270 taken from a merchant without authorisation. I have sent ABSA all the correspondence I sent to the merchant requesting them to reverse the transaction since I did not request this nor did I receive goods. Absa keeps charging me interest. I want this amount reversed so I can settle this card and close the account.
