Failer to comply according to our contract

On the 29th January 2014 I lodged a funeral claim for my father-in law, AVBOB promised to pay within 48 hours. To my surprise those hours passed without any payment nor correspondence. Then I went to their offices at Temba in Hammanskraal to find out why? They told us that the head office says the deceased's Id & death certificate copies were not clear, we then refaxed them again. They promised that we will receive the money by satarday on the 1st February 2014 on the day of the burial. On Monday we went back cause we never received anything, they gave another excuse again. So now im dept. because we had to borrow money so that we can bury our father. IM NOT HAPPY WITH THE POOR SERVICE THAT AVBOB HAD PROVIDED TO US.
