My dad passed away on the 17 January 2014 and I called Avbob for assistance with regards to funeral arrangement as I didn't have a funeral cover with any insurer. The lady that responded to my call was just not of assistance at all and I decided will head to Polokwane offices instead. when I got there, I spoke to the regional manager who offered to assist me provided that I use their burial services. The catch was that at that time, the body had been taken to Lebowa services. I feel I was not treated fairly at the head office and to my surprise, I got the best service from the Polokwane staff than the people that are suppose to assist me. now I ask myself why should I have an insurance if when I need it the most, I struggle to get decent services but yet I pay them every month??? I cant be stressed about funeral arrangement and still fume with incompentent call centre staff at the same time
