Avbob is telling us

I went to avbob to make a cash claim as my mom passed away on The 23 Jan 2013. I was planning to bury her this Saturday but due to avbob i can't cause their receptionist told me that i will not get that claim within 48 hours... I mean y was i paying this policy if they are not going to pay me at the time i need it the most... The receptionist also turned me away for no reason telling me they only work from 8 to 1.. But their office hours is upto 4:30 /5pm somewhere there, so they wasted another part of my 48hours. avbob is very much unprofessional i hate it n i will never join anything that says avbob cause there isn't any client service, its as if they are doing me a favour by paying what is owed to me...
