NO DEATH CERTIFICATE OR CREMATION AFTER 3 WEEKS

Our Father passed away on 10 October 2013. All arrangements and payment for the cremation took place on 11 October 2013. Three weeks later and our father's death are still not registered and he is still not cremated. This is extremely bad service! We made several phone calls to enquire about the death certificate and the cremation. Every time we received a promises that we will be contacted back. The representative was contacted twice this week and failed to return our calls once again. We called again today only to be informed that the representative is on vacation. This is extremely unprofessional and unaccepted. This complaint was also logged with Avbob Head office today in order for us to get this matter resolved immediately.
