POOR FUNERAL SERVICE

Our brother passed away on the 5th November we went to claim on the 8th and we were told that the money will be in on the 11th and we went back on the 12th to check what was going on then the branch manager told us that they sent the claim without a signature there fore the money will come wednesday. when we told her that this inconveniences the funeral arrangements then she said don't we have a relative that can loan us at least 1000.00 rand to keep us going, imagine. then we came back on thursday cos the money was still not in, then they said on thursday night.the stuff was not even sympathetic with us and when we requested to get proof that the payment was made cynthia was giving us the runaround and an attitude as well. The money did come thursday nite and in the mean time we had to borrow money to buy food and it was embarrassing because my brother paid for this policy when he was alive it was not a loan we were asking for. Then on saturday Avbob never brought the tent and chairs like they promised and no one bothered to call us and let us know. I personally have an avbob policy which I am going to cancell as I do not want my family to go through this again.
