Worst insurance ever!!!

My car got on the 6th of October 2013. For 2 days hollard coudn't tell me where it was - wasnt at impound or panelbeater. 3 months of car payments and insurance later; Car was "ready" on the 9th of January 2014!!! Picked it up on the 10th with half the stuff loose, parts missing, things werent replaced (they then took stuff from another car in the yard and put it in my vehicle). Find out the value of repairs is at R111 741.88! Thats more than the book value of my vehicle! I complain, and hollard are unaware of this as they have only approved R85000.00 - Panel beater then say (3 working days after Ive already collected) that they still finalising the invoice. Something that I shouldve gotten the day of collection. When I got the invoice the next week there were "DISCOUNTS" and "Less Savings" to bring it down to R93 974.93 - which in my opinion is still too high for a repair job!! My car's book value is R108000.00. If we make it R120000 Market Value - 70% of that is R84000.00! This car shouldve been a write off long time ago! Why pay for a service you dont get?? Im leaving them; hollard does not get my recommendation. They forgot that the customer is always right!
