Riduluous charegs after upgrading credit card

I have been an FNB customer for over 15 years and this incident has made me consider changing banks altogether.
I recently upgraded from a gold credit card to a platinum credit card, the whole online process was not user friendly and after calling to find out where my card was, i was told the upgrade was a mess and had to be sorted out. I then noticed today the annual card fee had gone off my account for R660!!! R660 for what??? A piece of plastic!!! Thanks but no thanks, you can keep it! Nowhere in the appication nor when i spoke to the lady did anyone inform me of these ridiculous charges. You can have your platinum card back, downgrade my account back to gold and reverse the R660 charges.
And you can sort out your call centre at the same time, after being put through to 7 or 8 different people the line gets so bad you cannot hear what anyone is saying.
I am livid and would appreciate it if someone gets back to me.
