Gold Credit charges too expensive with no benefits

Good day

I would like to downgrade my credit card, from Gold back to Classic.

My reason is the Gold card is no benefit to me and the cost a lot more in bank charges, than the Classic card, I had previously. Can this be done and someone phone me, when he/she has the time to do so.
