I'm waiting patiently for the next competitor to phone me to move my bank account. Platinum clients can be sure to get the worst service and stand in line for hours trying to sort a faulty replacement card out that's FNB's fault in the first place. Both credit card account are now not working not even online and for all of this I must thank FNB. I spend well over an hour on the phone today, got transferred 7 times and accomplished nothing. You can't even hear the people, the lines are terrible. You upgrade people to take even higher fees. Card fee is now R660 instead of the previous R205-. I want this account to go back to silver immediately and refund the R660-. Must now stand in line again to get jet another replacement Credit Card.
