On the 1st of the month I received an sms notifying me that a transaction had been debited to my account.
I immediately phone the prestige line and informed them that I did not do the transaction.
They transferred me to the division.

I informed them of the incident and they automatically cancelled the card.
I asked them to reverse the transaction which they told me they cant.
Why should i be prejudiced by this.
The case is being investigated but they don't keep me informed.
the reference number which i had to request from them is 67 63-793.
Please could someone explain to me what is going on.
Not one phone call from the bank.
