Homeowners Insurance - Claim but no response

I claimed for hail damage to my roof late November. An assessor was sent out, and I have had no response since that time. The Assessor's company who would do the repairs have also had no response.
I have left messages at the helpdesk and been assured the situation would be sorted out to no avail.
I have called their Homeowners helpdesk number many times since December, and although I get through, no consultant ever answers the phone.
I am now really frustrated.
Previous claims have been handled well so this behaviour is out of the norm, but not acceptable.
