I once reported this and it's happening again, lines here never move and staff are never allocated. On sales there are 2 staff member ave the line don't move at all, been here for over 35 minutes just to get a bank statement. The manager called me after my last complain to say sorry and how they will fix this but there is not change in staff they just added chair for us to sit at. I don't want a call from the same guy apologising for the same thing just help people so we can respect the company as it reflects itself as.
