Pick n Pay Sable Square purchased 3 x Executive Hiback Office chairs ML-179- Black 21 September 2012
Within 3months one of the chairs gave problems. The chair was taken back to the supplier by the driver of the shop, Mr Benjamin Green. While Mr Green was at Decofurn, 3different people tested the chair to see if the problem which is reported was a "real" problem. One of the sales people then phoned the manager of Pick n Pay who reported the problem with his chair. The manager explained the problem telephonically to the staff member of Decofurn. The staffmember of Decofurn then agreed to send the chair away for repairs. The Staff member informed Mr Green of the discussion and made a copy of the invoice for their reference. The Staffmember then advised Mr Green that Decofurn will contact Pick n Pay when the chair will be ready for collection. 3 months down the line nobody phoned Pick n Pay to advise of collection. Mr Green was instructed by his manager of PnP to follow up with Decofurn. The treatment Mr Green experienced at Decofurn is not satisfactory as Decofurn now claim they never received the chair. There were no documentation issued by Decofurn other than the copy of the invoice
