Disrespectul staff/incompetent

Visted the bank to place notice from an investment, arrived at the bank 11:45am and was seated to speak to the consultant, after 20minutes was requested by a staff member to join the eniquiry line, waited a further 30min to be assited, a staff member by the of denal moonsamy tried to assist but didn't know what's was going on and requed policy numbers which could have been picked up from the system, she tried to get us out becuse of it being close to the closing time, another staff named riaz shaik while assisting another customer left them unattended to and jumped into our conversation he tired to shield his colleague and told me to get out. Also he said that if he wasn't at work he will he will sort me out personally..This all was witnessed in front of other staff members and customers .hope this will be severly delt with, as we have a lot of money invested in nedbank and looking to move over to a bank that can treat their customers with respect, all thatnks goes to nivashen for helping us and sorting everything we needed and didn't even required much from us like the others did.
