I received a callback from FNB call center spoke to Chris Hendricks who seriously needs to get more information about his line of work, he has no knowledge of what he is talking about so I don't want any replies from FNB I just want them to keep the money they from me, maybe giving it away to their staff for product knowledge or maybe training on how to assist a client or on how to deal with a client. Maybe educate them on how insurance works before employing them for the job. As for your funeral policy it big time so in future before pitching the client tell your clients that in your terms and conditions its stipulates that should 2 payments be unpaid your policy will lapse. Go and listen to the conversation between myself and Chris, he says that the customer isn't always right well you shouldn't be dealing with customers if you have that attitude, I take it you never worked in retail before. I honestly think that you must change your slogan its pathetic, cause I cant see that I was helped I was robbed from my hard earned money, so maybe give that R1099 to Chris he needs it more than me. Clearly your customer isn't first priority...
