Een having problems with my vehicle repairs & so forth, but this guy Chris du Plessis is always on the ball, sorted out the previous problem and sorted out todays problem with no hassel. wish everyone else took pride in their job at Miway like Chris does...

Miway, you'll shoule promote Chris to a Trainer Manager & let this chap teach your other employees about good values and customer service because your other staff have attitude and are a bit incompetent, like the assessor who couldnt bend on his knees to look under the vehicle and the lady who handled my claim was so dull & not assuring whom i havnt herd from since because Chris sorts out everything.

was honestly thinking of leaving you guys for Outsurance, but if Chris is with Miway, then so will I also...
